Sir Namasthe🙏, My case registered in 2010. Filed by our opponent as second Appeal. In said case D1 is My Father, and others are me and my family members. My father D1 EXPIRED ON 12.02.2011 but said Case hearing listed on 09.11.2012. and court ordered to issue summons all my family members to attend directly or through a advocate, actualy we are all in the said case already. Then after no further date was listed. Due to separation of AP AND TELANGANA HC. CASE TRANSFERED TO AP BUT CASE Papers WERE NOT Transferred. SO FINALLY ON CONFIRMATION CASE ACTUAL Position AM WRITTEN MAIL TO BOTH HIGH COURTS AND FINALLY MY CASE WAS LISTED ON 22.02.2024 and again posted for 4 weeks. But now 4 months completed , since my case is not listing and my advocate is also state that he is not try to any listing. In such issue what to be done to early finishing. We gained in original suit and AS, BOTH WERE FILED BY MY OPPONENT AND S.A IS ALSO FILED BY HIM PLEASE ADVISE ME

The only reason I have a job in marketing is because I already did an MBA. Otherwise, if someone is starting an LLB after 31, I would say only pursue litigation if your financial condition is strong and you have a good financial backup. It will take at least 7-8 years to start earning substantial amounts. So, if you have the strength to survive, go for it; otherwise, don't. When my friends were earning 2 lakh rupees a month at the age of 30, I was working a stipend job with a salary of 5000 rupees at the same age. So, be careful and choose your career wisely.
